As a dual licensed counselor, I will help you explore the deeper meanings to the behaviors you use to fill the existential void in your life.  I have experience working with teenagers and adults, individuals, couples and families within a trauma informed and culturally competent environment. My counseling foundations are grounded in logotherapy, existential positive psychology and meaning centered therapy. I also implement many of the concepts and tools which are found in Neo-Jungian psychotherapy, including signs, symbols, and archetypes.  These concepts, when coupled with the practical applications of cognitive behavioral therapy, are utilized to address the symptoms of anxiety, depression and PTSD as well as various forms of chemical dependency.
